Dear Ns-usersgeek,                

Try the following steps,
(1) Place tcl-debug-2.0/ parallel to the ns-2 main directory, like ns-2.26/;
(2) cd ns-2.26
(3) ./configure --with-tcldebug
(4)make;make install
